Group Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Cohort 12

For this spring cohort, Amy Borskey Duffer and I, with medical direction from Drs. Ron Parks and Zak Foy, are offering a closed group that will experience Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) influenced by the Holotropic Breathwork model. This intensive version of GroupKAP is meant especially for those that live in other locations, so they can visit Asheville for a week of three ketamine sessions.

The format of the intensives are different in that we do not meet online in between sessions. There will be virtual orientations on April 3 and 5 and a virtual follow up on April 19. We will still offer an integration experience such as nature immersion, movement, or Soul Collage each day. We are looking to find the most benefit from the neuroplasticity created by the medicine.

The whole process will be guided by the Internal Family Systems perspective, which aligns brilliantly with the nonordinary state work and allows compassion for parts that fear the journey.
