Training & Supervision

Once you get pretty good at the art of therapy, helping other practitioners develop mastery is lots of fun. In addition to serving on the faculty of the Institute of Core Energetics and as a Program Assistant for Internal Family Systems trainings, I offer the following educational opportunities for practicing therapists on an ongoing basis:

I offer one-on-one supervision for therapists who are working towards licensure, looking to improve therapeutic effectiveness, or developing their skills in the modalities I use. I offer specific approaches for staying grounded and being the best therapist possible in the face of the challenges presented by our profession. I believe good supervision is essentially good therapy - it helps you work through your own issues so you can be more of who you are and less reactive to and more fully present for your clients. If you’d like to discuss supervision opportunities, please contact me. I am also open to offering supervision in groups.

Jane Martin and I offer a CEU course to mental health practitioners called “Body, Breath, and Spirit in Your Clinical Practice”. We have presented this material through PESI, NASW, and Rutgers. The course can be modified to suit the needs and time constraints of your organization. If you'd like to schedule a presentation or want to learn more, please contact me directly.

Breathwork Training

On behalf of Integration Concepts, Jane Martin and I can offer the Level One Integral Breath Therapy training for healing practitioners. We would schedule these six-day retreats based on demand. Details about the program are here.
